Recording Artist and Entrepreneur Moses Stone Partners with McDonald’s with Powerful New Campaign “Black & Positively Golden” With His Hit Song “We Golden”
Moses Kenneth Haughton Jr. known by his pseudonym ‘Moses Stone’ was born in October 19th, 1986 and is an American Recording Artist, Music Producer, Entrepreneur, and Actor.

USA — From the moment he was introduced to hip hop by his older cousin at 6 years old, Moses Stone has been deeply indulged in the world of music. He developed his art form through writing and producing his own music and songs. He became determined to make his art perfect, exhibiting a passion for various topics from party anthems to socially aware themes that allow his fans to experience harsh realities in a cool and relatable way.
Moses has teamed up with McDonald’s as the ambassador and voice for the Black & Positively Golden Campaign, which is focused on education, empowerment and entrepreneurship. It replaced the 365Black platform that McDonalds has began using since 2003. The anthem “We Golden”, written by Moses and produced by Wendell Hanes of Volition Sound, is a major part of what is being called McDonalds biggest overhaul in 16 years for African American marketing. We Golden is impactful and contains uplifting lyrics like “Black & So Excellent” which showcases black excellence, “Melanated We Shine” which reincarnated the “Melenin Poppin” trend, “So Excellent & Divine,” and “Yea, We Golden” invoking change and empowerment for minorities. The commercial “Black & Positively Golden” is now airing on National TV channels and Radio stations all over the US. The commercial premiered March 30th at the 50th NAACP Image Awards and is now airing on BET & TV ONE. Moses performed the theme song for ‘Black & Positively Golden Day’ On March 29th, which kicked off Black & Positively Golden Day in Los Angeles at The YWCA in Leimert Park with guest Normani, Yvonne Orji for a special day of fun and positivity.
Moses Stone has a vast array of projects. Along with the national McDonald’s campaign, he is currently working on various projects for Netflix (movies and series). He also works under his own companies as a serial entrepreneur, Art Sky Agency (digital media agency) which he created has shown substantial growth scaling to six figures in revenue and heading towards seven. Art Sky Production (music production and sound branding) company has created songs not only for McDonalds but the NFL, NBA, Oprah, The PGA Tour, Keeping up With The Kardashians, MHSAA Sports, APM and also produced for Grammy Nominated Artist. While music is a passion of his, he aspires to use his work ethic and entrepreneurial skills to form a relationship with the City of Coachella to begin development. These projects will include real estate developments, clothing and merchandise line, and a music/entertainment education center. Music is what has given Moses the opportunity to showcase his ability for growth in all aspects and has allowed him to show the potential for growth in all communities.
With the entertainment business changing constantly, Moses wants to be a part of that change by helping to bring creativity, entrepreneurship, innovation and ownership back to the industry and to help move pop culture forward. Focused on his brand as an artist and entrepreneur, he plans to leave behind a legacy that is a reflection of his hard work and meaningful contributions to the world.
